Everyone has something unique that they like to collect and that collection keeps on growing and keeping track of what you have can be challenging. Usually collectable items don’t serve a practical purpose other than putting a smile on people’s faces. However, my collection needs to be access many times during the year. If you are anything like me then you probably have a lot of dishes. I love to collect crockery, specifically serving platters. When I am hosting a dinner party, I like to decide my serving dishes after finalizing the menu. Instead of going through my memory each time I need to set the table, I like to have a picture of all the dishes I have on my phone, for easy accessing. Now this may seem like a tedious process at first however, once it has been done, arranging a cohesive tablescape couldn’t be easier.

All you have to do is take a picture of an empty serving dish. If you are someone who stores dishes in their original packing, then you can simply take a picture of the box. Doing so might give you additional ideas, such as food presentation. Once you have all the pictures taken you can either create an album on your phone or print them out. This will ensure you are using all of the dishes you own and prevent you from repurchasing the similar items. If you give this idea a go, let me know how well it works for you. All the best!
